MSS7 - stainless steel, waterproof scales

The MATAS MSS7 is a premium, fully sealed (IP68) stainless steel scale designed to operate in the most demanding conditions. This model is a "workhorse" ideal for the fish industry, meat processing plants, bakeries and other wet production environments.

The unique design of these scales addresses the most sensitive industry issues: the electronics are fully protected from moisture, the metrological data is impervious to washing, and the integrated power solution eliminates the constant worry of missing accessories.

Main advantages and features:

• Maximum protection of electronics: The internal board of the scale and other components are completely filled with a special insulating material (gel). This means that even if the case is mechanically damaged, moisture will not harm the electronics - the scale will function reliably.
• Integrated charging cable: No separate chargers to break or get lost. The power cable is safely built into the bottom of the scale - when you need to charge, you simply pull out the cable and when you're done, you hide it back.
• Engraved metrological plate: The metrological verification information is laser engraved directly onto the stainless steel body. Unlike conventional stickers, it will never wear off or wash off, so there will be no problems with auditors even after intensive high-pressure washing.
• IP68 resistance class: The fully stainless steel housing (AISI304) is resistant to water, dust and corrosion.
• Ergonomic display: The LCD display has optimal contrast and, unlike intense LED displays, creates less strain on the eyes. This significantly reduces operator eye fatigue during long shifts.
